Appointment Policies

Please note that Massana Massage Therapy & Bodywork requires a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to any appointment for changes or cancellations. Any changes or cancellations made without 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of the appointment booked, either due upon cancellation or at the time of the next appointment. Any no-show appointments will result in a fee equal to the fee for the missed appointment.

Last-minute cancellations (within 2 hours of a booked time) are subject to the full fee for the missed appointment.

Please arrive on time for your reserved appointment so you can receive the full benefits of your session. Arrivals after 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time may result in a shortened session.
