Massana Massage Therapy & Bodywork is owned and operated by Norma Basko, a licensed, nationally certified massage therapist (NCBTMB) and a Professional Member of the American Massage Therapy Association.

Norma is originally from Pittsburgh and has been a practicing massage therapist and certified yoga instructor since 2006. She is a graduate of the Academy of Massage Therapy in Hackensack, New Jersey and has completed over 3000 hours of massage therapy training, including classes at The Swedish Institute in New York, NY and The New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts. Her skills include massage for relaxation, pain relief, deep tissue massage, therapeutic and medical massage, sports, hot stone, and prenatal massage therapies. She specializes in blending these techniques and others to create customized massage experiences to individually meet the needs of her clients.

Massana Massage Therapy and Bodywork's name comes from a blending of the word "massage" and the word "asana" (yoga pose) from yoga, the two roots of her services.
